How can we
help you?

Answers to common questions about borrowing, custody, and working with us. If you don’t find what you need, we’re a conversation away.

Getting started

How do I start?+

Reach out for a conversation. We'll talk through your situation and what you're working toward — no forms first, and no obligation.

How quickly can I get funded?+

It depends on your situation, but most clients move from the first conversation to funded in days, not weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline early.

Is there a minimum?+

We work with each client individually rather than setting a rigid minimum. The best way to find out whether we're a fit is simply to talk to us.

Borrowing

What can I borrow against?+

Assets you already hold, including digital assets. We'll talk through what works for your situation rather than forcing you into a fixed list.

What is LTV?+

Loan-to-value is your outstanding balance measured against the value of your collateral. We agree a comfortable level with you up front, and we let you know if your collateral's value moves significantly.

What if my collateral falls in value?+

We'll let you know in good time and talk through options — adding collateral or repaying part of the balance. We'd always rather have a conversation than create a surprise.

Can I repay early?+

Yes, with no prepayment penalty. Your collateral is released as you repay.

Custody & security

Where are my assets held?+

In segregated custody with a regulated custodian, kept fully separate from the firm's own capital and operations.

Who can move my collateral?+

No single person. Significant movements require more than one approval, with clear ownership and an audit trail.

Your account

What do I need to verify my identity?+

A government-issued photo ID and a short selfie. Business clients provide company documentation — we'll guide you through it.

How is my information protected?+

It's encrypted in transit and at rest, shared only with those who need it to serve you, and never sold to a third party.
